Zoom Fit while your tanning

Zoom Fit is a new physical fitness club service offering high intensity/interval workouts you can do while you are tanning. The key to Zoom Fit is the intensity of your workout followed by the proper interval of rest.

The most intense workout you can do in the confined space of a tanning booth is a deep squat. To get the anaerobic effect that is most desirable you must do a full 30 seconds of deep squats as fast as you can (sprint). Rest for 60 seconds then repeat the same sprint of deep squats. The longer you tan the more sets/intervals you can perform. At no time should you perform more than 8 sets of this deep squat sprint.
